2008 – Elijah Dukes bases-loaded walk in 10th lifts the Washington Nationals (51-85) past the Atlanta Braves (59-77) 9-8. The victory was the Nats fifth straight win.
2010 – Ryan Zimmerman’s three-run home run along with a three-run homer by Adam Dunn led the Washington Nationals (57-75) to a 9-3 win over the Florida Marlins (65-65).
2011 – Ryan Zimmerman’s three-run homer was more than enough as the Washington Nationals (63-70) beat the Atlanta Braves (79-55) 9-2.
Zimmerman and Michael Morse each had three hits. Morse hit a homer and drove in three runs, and Danny Espinosa and Laynce Nix also hit homers for Washington.
2012 – Edwin Jackson fans 10 as Nats rout Cardinals
Edwin Jackson fanned 10 in eight innings as the Washington Nationals (79-51) added to their NL East lead with an 8-1 win over the St. Louis Cardinals (71-60).
Bryce Harper hit his third home run in two games, and Jayson Werth homered for the first time since May for the Nationals.
