2008 – Cristian Guzman hit for the cycle and the Washington Nationals (49-85) beat the struggling Los Angeles Dodgers (65-69) 11-2. Guzman’s cycle was the second cycle by National player since the team start playing in the nation’s capital in 2005. Brad Wilkerson had the club’s first cycle after its move from Montreal on April 6, 2005. 2010 – Adam Dunn broke out of a slump with a homer and five RBIs, sending Washington (55-75) to a 14-5 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals (69-58). The home run was Dunn’s 32nd homer of the season
