2009 – Ryan Zimmerman hit his 30th homer, Josh Bard drove in three runs and the Washington Nationals (51-96) held off the New York Mets (63-85) 6-5.
2011 – Chien-Ming Wang made his longest start of his comeback and left the game with two outs in the seventh inning. Chris Marrero drove in two runs, helping Washington (72-79) edge the Florida Marlins (69-84) 4-3.
Wang (3-3) gave up three runs and six hits, and didn’t walk a batter and struck out five in his 6 2/3 innings.
