Earl McNeely, outfielder played with the Washington Senators starting in 1924 and
was a member of the World Series Winners who beat the Giants. He was also a member of the Senators team the following when lost in the World Series to the Pirates in seven games.
Earl went on to play for the St.Louis Browns 1928 -1931. He found himself back with Washington from 1936 – 1937 as a c
oach. After his playing days he was a Player/Manager for the Sacramento Senators of the Pacific Coast League 1932 – 35 He lived to be 73 years old.
